As the 2nd shift Operations Manager, you will champion innovation by bringing ideas to the Distribution Center by creating and maintaining a first-class employee experience with a focus on talent development, employee engagement, staffing and retention, and learning and training.
Schedule Details
***2nd Shift, Monday-Friday ranging from 2:00pm - 12:00am, with additional flexibility during peak seasons.***
Qualifications
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a Distribution Center/Warehouse environment
Minimum 3 years managing inventory control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Management
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WMS, and other distribution center reporting tools
Experience managing Exempt colleagues
Prior experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
