Role: Operations Support Lead

POP: 12+ months contract

Location: Remote but must be able to come on-site to Washington, DC

Scope

Job Description

Perform the support and engineering tasks of OPM’s legacy systems while migrating OPM services to a Cloud-based, Zero Trust modernization effort while maintaining minimal service downtime throughout OPM’s Enterprise.

Required Skills

  • Must have one of the following certifications:
    • Product Owner
    • SAFe
    • ITIL
    • PMBOK
  • Must have one of the following certifications:
    • PMP
    • CSM
    • PMI-ACP
  • At least 5 years of experience with the following:
    • Communicating effectively with government personnel
    • Maintaining contractor management interface with leadership
    • Managing service level agreements
    • Improving processes through training, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
