Oracle WebLogic server administration (Must Have).
Oracle Fusion Middleware Products administration includes Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Oracle Application Express, etc. (Must Have).
Cloud administration, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS.
Docker/container/Kubernetes administration.
Operations automation.
Linux/Unix Shell scripting and Windows PowerShell scripting.
Talend, Tableau server administration.
Computer network understanding and skills.
Security knowledge like vulnerabilities scan, patching, antivirus.
Experience Required
Three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years as a systems administrator installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting Oracle WebLogic Application Server and Tomcat.
Two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years as a systems administrator installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware, such as Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Application Express, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle HTTP Server, etc.
Two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years working on cloud environment, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure, including provisioning VM, performing regular backup, setting up load balancer, configuring security rules/policies, etc.
Two (2) years of experience in the last four (4) years working on operations automation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jenkins.
Two (2) years of experience in the last four (4) years working as docker, containers and Kubernetes.
Education
This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Additional Information
We prefer a local candidate to LA County.
Consultant will have a hybrid work schedule with a flexibility to be in the office for as needed meetings or work groups. Preferably a minimum of 1 day per week onsite, and at best 2 days onsite per week in Downey, CA 90242.
