Oracle Functional Accounting Hub Consultant

Location: 100% REMOTE

Will provide technical support to Oracle client in the following areas:

  • Break/Fix - will troubleshoot, provide resolution and document.
  • Enhancement - using Business Requirement Document (BRD) will gather client requirements, provide level of effort to complete, get client approval.
  • Once approved will proceed with work, test and provide UAT support and will migrate to Production.
  • Quarterly Release testing - where applicable will support interface/integration testing.
  • Utilize Service Now as the ticketing system of record.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

  • Min 3 years Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or post-production Support
  • Knowledge/experience in the following modules
  • Accounting Hub (at least 1 of the candidates MUST have this experience)
  • Revenue Management (at least 1 of the candidates MUST have this experience)
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable / Cash Management / Collections
  • Expenses (at least 1 of the candidates MUST have this experience Fixed Assets
  • Projects Financial Analytics Warehouse (FAW) - good to have but not mandatory.
