Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to create organizational systems that encourage associates to quickly adopt new technologies and new ways of performing various operations. Organizational change is necessary to succeed and grow. Change management drives the successful adoption and usage of change within the business. It allows associates to understand and commit to the shift and work effectively during it.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Site Ready-Set-Go (RSG) Lead drives the Organization Change Management at the site together with the Site Project Manager and local Human Resources team members in alignment with and supported by the Global RSG team
• Project Setup: identify the stakeholders to involve and set up Governance structure for site in coordination with Global RSG team
• Together with the Site Project Manager ensure that all project team members do the required training as per curriculum
• Path for Change: Drive impact and concern, capture activities, and stakeholder assessment at site with support from Global RSG
• Change & Communication: Localize and execute communication & engagement plan as per requirements of site
• Change Agent Network: Setup and onboard local Change Agent network and support the change process by working with and leveraging on the Change Agents
• Train the Trainer for Key User at site: Responsible for communications, preparations (invites, room bookings, access check) and follow-up (effectiveness of training)
• End User Training: Coordinate and support the Key User to have an effective End User training (communications, preparations, follow-up)
• Change Measurement: Together with Global RSG team responsible for go-live readiness survey (setup, execute and follow-up)
• Support Hypercare phase from RSG site

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-5 years of recent experience in business operations, change management, or program management in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, meeting facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively with program team members, program sponsors, functional leads, and senior management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook required.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines, and experience working in a complex, matrixed, and diverse cross-culture environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing diverse stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and frontline professionals, to shape and communicate change initiatives and goals.
• Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution to problem solve, coupled with strong business acumen, and strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making skills.
