We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in line with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.



Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of outside sales experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial or commercial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and other employees.
  • Requires the ability to review and process important customer information (blueprints, plans, specifications, etc.) and prepare timely, accurate, and competitive bids for the sale and/or rental of products and services.
  • Experience with forming and shoring a plus
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field is preferred.
