About the Role:

As a Paid Marketing Analyst at Cedar Brands, you will become an integral part of our Growth team. The role focuses on driving our business forward by optimizing our pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns across key digital platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. This role requires an experienced professional who can leverage their understanding of data analytics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our company's brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media and paid search strategies that align with the brand's growth goals.
  • Manage day-to-day bid optimization and budget management of our PPC campaigns, primarily across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Evaluate performance of our paid marketing campaigns, ad sets and ads by creating detailed reports and dashboards, interpreting campaign analytics, and presenting data-driven insights to the team and making recommendations for testing and improvement.
  • Test and analyze each component of our PPC campaigns, including ad creative & copy, landing page structures and call to action, bidding strategies, and other related drivers of paid marketing performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization.
  • Stay current with PPC, SEM, and digital marketing trends and industry best practices to ensure our PPC strategies remain competitive.
  • Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs to enhance campaign performance and website visibility.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a paid marketing role. Experience must include direct management of PPC campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Experience with additional platforms such as Tiktok, Bing, Amazon Advertising, and other advertising channels is a plus.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Certifications in these tools are highly preferred.
  • Experience in using paid marketing analytics and management tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, TripleWhale, Google Keyword Planner, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, search engine optimization (SEO), and the e-commerce landscape.
  • Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative mindset for testing new PPC strategies.
