Your Role

Responsibilities

As the Paid Search Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role connecting client strategy, tactical execution, and industry expertise. Your main responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns, managing client communications, and driving industry thought leadership. Key duties involve:

Managing campaigns across various biddable media platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other global search engines and social media platforms.

Mastering our proprietary technology stack to streamline campaign creation and optimization.

Taking ownership of client success by advocating for their needs and aligning internal efforts to achieve client goals.

Your Profile

We are looking for individuals who can set strategic agendas and effectively communicate campaign strategies. Key qualifications include:

2-4 years of experience in search engine marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions and explain complex concepts clearly.

Excellent communication skills across various mediums (in-person, virtual, written).

Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to project ownership and collaboration.

Availability to work East Coast hours.
