Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, research, document review, and other legal support.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Law with a focus on family law
Legal document preparation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience conducting legal research
Attention to detail and proficiency in document review
Familiarity with legal software and tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Associate degree in Paralegal studies or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with family law is highly desired, experience in litigation is a must
