Minimum Education:
Technical Degree/Certificate Program or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Work Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Job Duties:
Provide extensive assistance to attorneys on a complex Federal lawsuit.
Perform document review, including the use of electronic discovery tools.
Assist in the review and redaction of documents for production in response to discovery demands.
Create witness binders from a review database for use in preparing for depositions.
Attend and assist in the taking and defending of depositions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Relativity EDiscovery platform.
Misc. Information:
Work schedule: 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 37.5 hours per week.
