Part-Time Bookkeeper

Do you have a knack for for numbers, billing and a passion for customer care? We are currently recruiting for a local company in the Natomas area that is in need of a part-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of relevant experience ideally with AP/AR and have great attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Check Bills for Discrepancies( Ex. UPS adjustment charges)
• Enter Bills or and check Melio’s auto created ones
• Process Payments through Melio or pay with credit card
• Receive Customer Payments into Quickbooks
• Follow up with customers on Outstanding Invoices
• Receive Amazon, Ebay and Online Sale Order Payments
• Other administrative tasks as needed
