The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4PM-8PM, Saturday 8:30AM-5PM
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check
