Role Description
Tidal Labs is seeking an Influencer Client Success Manager for a part-time hybrid role for someone based in Philadelphia, New York or nearby areas. The Influencer Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns while cultivating strong client relationships and guiding clients to achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities include client onboarding and training, managing campaign logistics, overseeing content creation and delivery, and tracking performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
This job requires influencer marketing experience, a high degree of technical skill and exceptional client relationship ability.
Qualifications
2+ years experience managing and growing client accounts, preferably in an influencer marketing agency or influencer SaaS company
Experience managing influencer marketing programs and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Effective problem solving, project management, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics
A passion for creativity, social media, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
