Taylor Management is currently seeking a Part Time Onsite Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a residential community on a part-time basis. This position is three (3) days a week for an active adult site.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the community, including maintenance, operations, and resident services
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community
Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance activities
Assist with budgeting and financial management for the community
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and enforce community policies and regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management or a related field
Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Availability to work part-time hours as needed
