This is an hourly part-time role working approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Job Summary:

As part of our growth marketing team, you'll help implement our brand's visual identity and support growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in design for digital marketing, presentation design, and web design. This role is perfect for someone early in their career, with 1-3 years of experience, or a student with a compelling portfolio. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital ads, landing pages, social media content, infographics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with our business goals.
• Support the creation of visually compelling (Powerpoint or Google Slides) presentations that effectively communicate key messages to various consumer and business audiences including the leadership team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating knowledge of digital design, with print production design a plus.
• Proficiency in design software: most often Figma or Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign). Animations and motion graphics are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web design principles.
• Familiarity with both Google Docs/Sheets/Slides as well as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of design.
