About the Job:

As the Partner & Customer Marketing Manager at IXOPAY, a TokenEx Company, you will be responsible for shaping the future and development of our partner and customer marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that engage partners and customers, foster loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
• Monitor and analyze partner marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Design and implement customer marketing strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Create customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Develop and manage customer advocacy programs to leverage customer champions in marketing initiatives.
• Organize and execute customer events, webinars, and user groups to foster community engagement.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach partners and customers effectively.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in partner and customer marketing, with a track record of driving successful programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
