Partner, Head of Business Development

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This individual will be focused on selling HCM B2B Software and Services into the Executive levels. Utilizing proprietary data sources of hundreds of millions of targets, you will utilize creative and time-tested methods to expand the company client base.

Note: This is a Start-up company, and we are seeking a Denver metro area based Entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Leader with a background and interest in growing the company from scratch. This will involve selling at first and then hiring the sales team. This position will come with Equity in the company and will be full commission to start.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop growth strategy
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales proposals and contracts
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Hire and manage team of Sales Executives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years successful new business development experience selling HCM Software and Services into C-Level leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development and marketing strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented with a passion for "making things happen"
