Position Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing top-notch service and training. You'll excel at managing executive-level relationships and driving overall account satisfaction, growth, and retention. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you build long-term relationships through various communication channels. We're looking for someone who is passionate about friendly, fun service and has an in-depth knowledge of hospitality revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 150-200 client partners, ensuring successful adoption and usage of our dashboard
Collaborate with the Partner Success team to meet client goals and deadlines
Craft data-driven narratives to boost client engagement and dashboard utilization
Maintain regular communication to foster strong partnerships and understand evolving client needs
Stay informed on industry trends to enhance our service and product offerings
Advocate for clients' needs, working closely with our Product team to implement solutions
Develop and optimize new client retention strategies and processes
Provide frontline support and efficiently resolve client issues
Deliver weekly updates on client satisfaction, repeat business, and team goals
Work cross-functionally to ensure excellent project execution and high client retention
Promote our company's vision and products within the vacation rental community

Requirements
Remote position (Central/Eastern time zone work hours)
2+ years of experience in vacation rental or hotel/resort revenue management
Data-driven mindset with a focus on client business growth
Proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction, with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable and excited about contributing to a growing startup environment
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM programs (e.g., ChurnZero, Hubspot, Slack, Confluence, ClickUp)
Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
