Our client, a premier national law firm, has a dynamic full-time employment opportunity for a Patent Agent in multiple offices, including Boston.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience as a patent agent. Candidates should have an advanced degree in organic chemistry or significant industrial experience of at least five years in organic chemistry. Patent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Ideal candidates will have a Ph.D., experience drafting and prosecuting chemistry patent applications, and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
