- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
- ADP Work Force (Semi Monthly Payroll)
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with phones
- Assist with cashiering
- Assist with daily deposit
- Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
- Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and social security tax, and calculating employer’s payments for social security, unemployment and worker’s compensation
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees
- Other duties as assigned
- No dealership experience is required – we will train
- Must understand basic concepts of payroll
- Must have intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be dependable, on time, and team orientated
- Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work and be able to multi task
- ADP experience a plus
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Team player with positive attitude
- Driven and self-motivated personality.
- Good customer service skills
