About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People Operations Intern to join our dynamic People team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of people operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
• Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events
• Participate in various People Operations projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience
• Support the People Operations team with various administrative tasks as needed
• Support the team in addressing employee inquiries, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment

You have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in human resources and people operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a required
• Prior experience in a human resources or administrative role is a plus

Work environment

• This role requires to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ office
• Working hours for this internship are 5 days a week from 9am to 3:30pm
