Overview

As the People Operations Manager at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are responsible for providing support to the overall People team and our employees.

The ideal candidate is organized and personable with experience working in HR or a similar field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, personable, proactive and have the ability to execute tasks and projects independently, with a strong sense of ownership. This is a Hybrid position based out of our Philadelphia, New York or Denver office.

Responsibilities

  • Enable maximizing efficiency, automation and upscaling processes, including proposing new or improved procedures, guidelines, tools and systems to support the organization's needs
  • Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously fine-tune programs and policies through feedback, metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses
  • Coordinate, communicate and report out People operational activities including cyclical and project-based assignments
  • Manage and be the POC for active immigration cases, liaising with key stakeholders (immigration shared services team, legal counsel and People team)
  • Establish and maintain contractor relationships and related agreements, inclusive of full process workflow from initiation to offboarding, in conjunction with IT and TA team
  • Own compliance adherence and tracking within our people policies and procedures, in partnership with key stakeholders and teams
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including ongoing maintenance, and reporting including assigning of new courses and learning paths
  • Partner with People team for Talent Experience survey creation, administration and tracking of surveys
  • Proactively and creatively identify and solve problems
  • Support the organization with employee related reporting, audit, and data integrity requests and initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department wide initiatives and events

Qualifications

  • Business degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years experience in HR or People Operations preferred
  • Knowledge of various People systems (G-Suite, Oracle, Qualtrics preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of global compliance rules and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic HR management practices and procedures
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

The base salary range for this role is $94,000 per year - $160,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.

  • Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence
