Job Summary: The Performance Analytics Manager will oversee the development and execution of performance analytics strategies to drive business improvements and support decision-making. This role involves managing the performance analytics team, ensuring the accurate collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to enhance organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance analytics team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reports, aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify data needs, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of performance data and analytics, providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance performance.
Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate key performance insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement best practices for data management, data governance, and performance measurement to ensure high-quality and secure data.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics tools and systems, making enhancements as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Manage budgets and resources related to performance analytics projects effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Performance Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance analytics, business analytics, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and data visualization techniques.
Strong experience with performance measurement, KPI development, and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage performance analytics projects and teams, delivering impactful insights and solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting performance insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience with data management, data governance, and best practices for performance measurement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
