Job Title: Performance Analytics Manager

Job Summary: The Performance Analytics Manager will oversee the development and execution of performance analytics strategies to drive business improvements and support decision-making. This role involves managing the performance analytics team, ensuring the accurate collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the performance analytics team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reports, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify data needs, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of performance data and analytics, providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance performance.
  • Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate key performance insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for data management, data governance, and performance measurement to ensure high-quality and secure data.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics tools and systems, making enhancements as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and resources related to performance analytics projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Performance Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance analytics, business analytics, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong experience with performance measurement, KPI development, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage performance analytics projects and teams, delivering impactful insights and solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting performance insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data management, data governance, and best practices for performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
