Position Overview
As a Performance Center Manager (PCM), you will serve as the primary point of contact for all local program management matters at your assigned installation. You will act as a liaison for installation community human performance, resilience, and outreach activities, including planning, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating the effectiveness of training events, content delivery, and capabilities briefings.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Lead and direct the team assigned to your Performance Center (PC)
Provide first-level administrative, logistic, operations, and personnel management
Ensure quality control of all Master Resilience Trainer - Performance Experts (MRT-PEs)
Administer critical local Performance Center activities, including performance evaluations, salary reviews, bonus processes, and recognition programs
Relationship Building and Coordination:
Develop strong relationships with local installation leadership
Plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate resilience education, performance training, and community outreach activities
Participate in local installation councils, unit operation meetings, and community-based events
Serve as the primary local installation point of contact for Master Military Resilience Trainer (MRT) Level 1 training
Quality Assurance and Professional Development:
Ensure quality control and continuous evaluation of MRT-PEs
Oversee MRT progression to higher instructor levels
Manage training presentation rehearsals and address curricula gaps
Maintain all related records and reporting requirements
Strategic Planning and Growth:
Develop and implement annual installation course delivery and training event schedules
Participate in strategy and growth activities, including solution development and proposal creation
Contribute to business development initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (minimum requirement)
Completion of Master Resilience Training Course (Level 1) required (can be completed after start of employment)
Ability to obtain NACI clearance
Prior military leadership experience (Company level leadership desired, either as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the program to senior-level leadership
Proficiency in using general office equipment and technology
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel periodically (up to 25%) in support of program requirements
