Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Performance Metrics Development:
• Spearhead the ongoing development and tracking of performance and portfolio metrics.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance at various levels, including investment, portfolio, and strategy types.
• Prepare and Present Performance Data:
• Create comprehensive track records and address queries from internal stakeholders and external investors or prospects.
• Handle diligence requests, ongoing and ad-hoc data inquiries, fund performance queries, and reports from investors or prospects.
• Ensure Data Quality and Reporting Accuracy:
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in performance and portfolio reporting.
• Uphold the integrity of internal processes and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics, including industry, sector, country, investment type, credit metrics, and more.
• Develop Policies and Procedures:
• Create and refine written policies and procedures related to performance methodologies.

Qualifications:

· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. With strong attention to detail and problem solving solutions.

· Proficient in accounting, finance principles, and private credit markets.

· Highly motivated self-starter with over 5-8 years in performance analytics.
