Summary/Objective

Performance Manager will work closely with the customer service team to help customers understand how to use company products and services to their advantage. Should have thorough knowledge of the industry and be a credible authority in that domain. They may also be responsible for coordinating with upper management to inform them of recurring issues with products or services.

Job Description

The Performance Manager will report to the VP of Client Success

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

  • Elevate client’s performance based on data from reports. Schedule and complete monthly performance review sessions to discuss increases or decreases in KPI’s.
  • Create action plans to improve performance and communicate this effectively to all areas of dealership management.
  • Work with internal Development staff to communicate end user stories.
  • Create training documents for better understanding of product features and benefits to end users.
  • Perform on-site training with all areas of the service department staff from service advisors to ownership.
  • Create buy-in for the end users by showing them “what’s in it for them”.
  • Prepare and communicate processes and expectations for onsite training in advance of the Go-live date
  • Be the client advocate starting with the new order through implementation and post on-board
  • Document daily activities as required
  • Document all customer activities, onsite and remote, in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers to establish their satisfaction with product(s).
  • Follow up and respond to internal and external communication within a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Candidates for TraXtion Success Coach

  • Minimum of five years as a Firestone/Goodyear/Discount Tire Manager experience
  • Minimum of five years as a Service Manager/Service Drive Manager at a car dealership
  • Certified Service Advisor at a car dealership (High line brands preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of four year's experience with above average CSI and proven success in selling tires in the service drive.
  • Previous Account Management experience with a SaaS Company (preferably serving new car dealership service departments.
  • Dealer Tire Service Advisor
  • Dealer Tire Account Manager
  • Automotive Manufacturer Rep

Requirements:

  • Experience in traveling for work
  • Some college or trade courses a plus
  • Ability to travel 60 %
  • Live close enough to travel regularly from a major metro airport
  • Lives in one of the following states: Arizona, Neveda, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Chicago, Minneapolis or Detroit.
  • Ability to present to high level executives, department managers and staff alike in large and small groups.
  • Works with the Dev Ops team to write and present user stories as needed from onboarding and/or client base
  • A good understanding of technology and proficient in MS Office suite of products
  • Automotive Industry experience
  • Experience as a SaaS model software company Account Manager or Trainer
