About Integrated Services

Launched during summer 2023, Ford Integrated Services will create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before, with OTA-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

About The Role

The Growth and Performance Marketing team works collaboratively with central functions to provide strategic and competitive insights across Performance Marketing channels in response to business objectives.

As the Test and Learn Specialist, you work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni-channel performance and customer-centricity in all parts of your work. In this high impact role, you will design, perform and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across media channels to generate actionable recommendations.

You have a strong commercial focus, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are data-driven and have a strong interest in customer behaviour and conversion drivers. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals,

This role is able to work remotely in the USA.

Responsibilities

What you'll do…

  • Develop customer cohorts and target audiences based on globally available segment structures
  • Build and drive the test & learn agenda utilizing existing media toolbox (MMM, Attribution Models) to test hypotheses around message, design, tactics, channel mix, etc.,
  • Optimize website and marketing channels to drive desired results
  • Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion
  • Understand the "WHY" behind the data and deliver actionable insights
  • Use an iterative approach to optimization, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that optimization efforts align with the company’s overall marketing goals
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and support cross-functional teams in decision-making with the ability to drive recommendations through to key stakeholders


Qualifications

You'll have…

  • 5-8 years of testing, experimentation, customer analytics, or related roles at a globally recognized brand or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong data management skills – analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions


Even better, you'll have…

  • Detailed knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising platforms and tools
  • Preferred proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
