NAADAM is seeking an experienced performance marketer with a history of managing multiple paid channels, a strong analytical skillset, the ability to build and manage forecasts and budgets, and experience working with or managing agency representation. Must have prior experience managing paid social, paid search, display marketing, and affiliate channels. Experience with SEO, OOH, and/or Amazon digital marketing are a plus.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Own all paid channels for Naadam.co
Manage multiple paid agencies at a very high bar, ensuring that they are delivering results, achieving specific ROAS and sales targets
Traffic select channels yourself, while simultaneously managing agencies or other partners to traffic and deliver on others
Regularly adjust tactics and strategies to meet and balance across key company goals including sales, ROAS, new customers, etc.
Partner with creative to build and deliver ads, both static and video; can articulate thoughtful opinions on what will work in different channel environments and guide design partners
Build and regularly revise bottoms-up sales forecasts and act as a primary owner of marketing roll-up forecasts for the company
Collaborate with other marketing owners, such as CRM & Brand Marketing, to plan calendars, 360 campaigns, seasonal activations, etc.
Grow a deep understanding of the knitwear apparel business, and thoughtfully outline and build out strategies on how to communicate value propositions to new and existing customer groups
Report out progress and key results regularly to senior leadership, has an understanding of how to build reports for multiple different stakeholders
Manage weekly reporting documents and gather inputs from other stakeholders
Occasionally advise other brands in our portfolio on performance marketing tactics and strategies
Report directly to VP of Marketing for Naadam
Qualifications:
5 years of experience developing a deep expertise in performance marketing / paid digital channels
Currently or has previously trafficked ads in paid social, paid search, retargeting, etc.
Up to date on trends and latest releases in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Excellent data modeling skills, with strong organization, replicability, use of formulas, and output communication
Experience owning and managing performance marketing budgets with proven track record of success in achieving targets/plans
Experience building sales and ROAS forecasts and collaborating with finance and planning functional partners on setting targets, and a proven track record in achieving them
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with notable abilities to plan ahead and communicate to key partners
Proficiency in Google Ad Network
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager
Proficiency in using Rakuten and/or other primary affiliate networks
Proficiency in using Criteo or other primary retargeting networks
Proficiency in video ad platforms such as YouTube
Experience in advertising on other social media platforms such as TikTok
Experience driving process improvements
Able to operate in a fast paced and changing environment
Experience in leading reporting and KPI ownership
Experience in or deep understanding of attribution modeling for marketing channel assessment, or experience mastering other data visualization platforms
At least 1+ year of people management experience or agency management experience
Experience working in fashion, apparel, accessories, or a related industry is a plus
Bachelors Degree from an acclaimed college or university, with a strong GPA in a relevant field of study
