Our well-known beauty client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for the next 5 Months! Their Beauty & Fragrances team is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead all transactional media initiatives in partnership with the brand teams for the D2C channel. The manager will aid in the design and implementation of the transactional media strategy and execution for six websites.

The Performance Marketing Manager Will

  • 60% - Lead the strategy, planning, implementation and execution of transactional media campaigns across for the D2C business: paid search, paid social and affiliate for six brands.
  • 20% - Coordinate with brand designers to customize creative and gain approval from global marketing partners for paid social buys
  • 10% - Oversee regular reporting on all media campaigns
  • 10% - Manage D2C media budget and ensure targets meet actualized spends
  • Drive strategy and be willing to dive deep in the details to achieve excellence in activation.
  • This role will breathe life into our beautiful brands to drive positive ROAS, specifically across paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing platforms (Commission Junction) for the D2C businesses.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of luxury transactional media placements (eg. non-promotional tactics), creative and has the ability to synthesize and communicate that information to different levels of stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work side by side with CRM, site experience and brand marketing business leads to drive comprehensive 360 strategies.

Performance Marketing Manager Should Have

  • 8+ years of experience in media activation and/or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with the transactional media ecosystem, beauty best practices & media KPIs/metrics is required.
  • You are a passionate, creative, innovative data-driven media expert obsessed with driving top-line performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Deep understanding of media platforms & beauty/luxury trends
  • Proficiency with media metrics across paid search, social and affiliate platforms
  • Experience managing budgets with moderate autonomy
