POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the performance marketing space, with a deep understanding of key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), cost per click (CPC), and cost per install (CPI). Experience with co-registration marketing is preferred but not required. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can effectively articulate the value proposition of our performance marketing solutions to potential clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the performance marketing space, targeting businesses seeking to optimize their digital advertising spend.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client companies.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of our performance marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Attend trade shows (8-10 times per year)


CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in sales within the performance marketing space, with a strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPC, and CPI.
  • Experience with co-registration marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
