Personal Assistant

Title: Senior Personal Assistant, Austin, Texas

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 p.a.

Tiger is partnered with a Worth Family in Austin, Texas, seeking a personal assistant to support their busy life full of European travel and events! This family runs their own business and is looking for someone to be their “flight control”. This person needs to be very tech-savvy and able to manage busy lives as the household grows. At least eight years of experience as a personal assistant who is extremely organized, proactive, and travel savvy. There will be a lot of room for growth in this position.

Core Requirements:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the family’s home including sourcing, hiring and managing vendors and contractors
• Create all processes and procedures across the homes
• Maintain upkeep calendars for the home
• Proactively spot issues in the home and attending to them
• Research purchases, vacations, travel, accommodations, and other items
• Make reservations for services
• Work with the family to plan events
• Hire, train and supervise household staff
• Errands and other projects
• Research and shopping for gift
• Accurate capture notes and action items from meetings
• Ability to function effectively with varying communication styles.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time. This is a salaried position.
• Must be local in Austin, TX but willing to travel to properties around the country
• Responsive inside and outside of working hours
• Must have at least eight years’ experience as a personal assistant.
• Potential to progress in this position within a year
• Very tech savvy and organized
