Position Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: M-F with weekend shift on rotation per business needs. Hours of Operations 9am-5:30pm EST.

Training schedule 10am -6:30pm EST

Responsibilities

Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

  • Using established company guidelines, the Pharmacy Technician reviews request made by physicians, medica groups, pharmacies, and members for the use of prescription drugs and pharmacy benefits.
  • Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
  • 90% Productivity and Efficiency, QA 95%

Tell Me About What Their First Day Looks Like

  • They will be joining an IT support call hosted. They can expect a meeting invited for training. Training is usually hosted via Zoom. Cameras are required to be on during training.
