Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: 10am-6:30pm M-F EST

Pay rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr

Job Description/Job Tasks

  • Technicians spend their days reviewing prior authorization requests submitted by providers and making coverage decisions based on the information received and the criteria for the plan they review for.

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

  • Once fully trained, our technicians are expected to process 30-35 cases per day for a total of 150-175 cases per week. They are also held to 95% quality standards as well.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification

  • Valid Pharmacy Technician License and or PTCB preferred

Required Skills/Experience:       

  • 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Basic computer skills
