Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Philanthropy Engagement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our philanthropic efforts and engaging with donors and stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive fundraising activities.
As a Philanthropy Engagement Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand our donor base and secure funding for our organization's programs and initiatives. You will work closely with the Philanthropy team to develop and implement donor cultivation, recognition, and stewardship plans. Additionally, you will assist in planning and organizing fundraising events, researching potential donors, and preparing proposals and reports.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for philanthropy and a desire to contribute to positive social change.
Status: Full-Time Salaried FLSA Classification: Exempt
Summary of Position: The Philanthropy Engagement Associate will manage the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship associated with public and private foundations. Responsibilities include relationship management, grant identification, writing and prospect research to identify and cultivate new sources of funding.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in donor relations/stewardship and grant writing
Must have demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, and managing fundraising relationships with foundation leaders. Significant writing experience and a proven track record of accessing foundation grants.
Salary: $70,000-$78,000
Based upon experience salary may be negotiable
