Trusted Staffe is engaged in a search for a Physical Therapist on behalf of our partner, a regional medical center in Ottumwa, IA. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team and provide high-quality care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and prevention strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Active Iowa PT License.
• Inpatient rehab experience.
• Open to new graduates who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
