Duties:
- Coordinatewith the chaplain for regularly scheduled worship services, special services/events, and seasonal observances
- Ensure musical selections are appropriate for the type of worship service and Christian season
- Provide music for funerals, memorials, and other observances
- Set up, take down, and properly store musicalequipment
- Ensure chapel facilities are secured and clean after use
- Preferred: Degree in music from an accredited institution
- Minimum: Four years of experience in Protestant Church music
- Proficiency in playing piano from sheet music or hymnal and assisting in vocal leads
- Knowledge of Protestant Traditional music
- Demonstration of musical ability, including playing hymnal music and reading sheet music
