Plant Controller

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Plant Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Responsible for Multi- Location plants for our accounting/Finance and Controlling Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/ cost accounting and Revenue Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site. Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions. Prepare forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the Plant. Able to handle internal and external audit especially Big 4 auditors. Integrates and trains new staff while continued professional development of the existing team . Collaborates with Plant Managers and senior management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis. Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks. Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Assist on various projects as assigned time to time. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting Minimum 10 Years in Manufacturing Exposure of working in ERP environment (SAP will be added advantage) Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques Proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Hindi Language is a plus Company Description Jayco Manufacturing Website: www.jaycomfg.com Company Description Jayco Manufacturing Website: www.jaycomfg.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
