Our client is looking for a Plant General Manager to oversee beverage manufacturing operations within a state of the art, high speed automation facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects within plant
• Manage KPI's
• Training and development of employees
• Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects within company
• PnL management
• Continuous Improvement

Requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
• 10+ years plant operations/production management experience within food/beverage manufacturing
• Must have experience with FDA
• Beverage manufacturing experience is preferred
