Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our McDonough, GA facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the corrugated manufacturing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the plant budget, focusing on cost control and financial performance.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role within the corrugated manufacturing industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corrugated manufacturing processes and equipment.
