Role and responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in all tasks related to the management of the project, acting as PMO (action plan follow-up, reporting, preparation of committee material, document meeting minutes, budget follow-up, KPIs definition, and monitoring)
• Support the Project Leads in the delivery of their assigned scope by managing a subset of initiatives as needed
• Drive the definition and implementation of local solutions (e.g. organizing and leading workshops with SMEs, writing requirements, proposing adequate solutions)
• Perform ad-hoc assessments and analysis (e.g. data quality reviews, draft procedures, design controls, feasibility study, risk assessments)

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Project management/PMO, experience in leading/managing initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment, experience in leading meetings with senior management and SMEs
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word), ability to analyze multiple sets of data
• Experience in Executive management-level reporting and communication
• Deep understanding of IT & Cyber processes, knowledge of ITAM processes, knowledge of IT Risk Management and Control frameworks, knowledge of IT systems and technologies
• Deep knowledge of the FFIEC framework

The salary range for this role is US$105,000 - US$140,000
