We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Team in the Global Business Enablement Organization. This person will provide a high level of service to our Internal Global Business Partners as it relates to order management, analysis of trade promotions & discounts for individual Customer’s Cost of Business and Sales Policy models. This includes resolving order issues, releasing of orders, creating pricing, tracking, reporting, account reconciliations and analysis of allowances programs, discounts, and accruals.

A day in the life of a Policy Analyst:
- Manage Cost of Business for Trade accounts to ensure activities are accurately identified, updated, and reported. Solely responsible for creating and maintaining SAP Master Data Files with respect to customer prices, discounts, and rebates.
- Record and maintain Sales Tracker detail to give Finance visibility into allocation of funds.
- Responsible for quarterly Cost of Business meetings held with Commercial and Finance teams as required by SOX. This includes preparing reports and leading the meeting, in addition to compiling and distributing meeting notes and action items in accordance with Audit controls.
- Coordinate year-end activities with Finance to ensure Trade account accruals are reconciled and aligned.
- Works closely with the Commercial and Claims team to resolve customer deductions.
- Independent research to understand complex information related to policy agreements/contracts.
- Support Order Entry Process as required.
- Support internal /external audit requests and assist with IT system testing as needed.
- Develop collaborative partnerships, improve operations, serve as account liaison, and enhance overall business relationships for the Americas.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Working knowledge of Vistex, Fiori and BI are desirable.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Solid analytical skills with a curiosity for resolving issues and streamlining processes.
- Strong team player with ability to work with others in a global environment to effect change and generate process efficiencies and cost savings.
- Effective communication skills: strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
- Knowledge of Account Reconciliation, Pricing or Trade Promotions Management preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate seasonal and year-end business requirements.
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
