Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of pool services, including Belle (Pool Bar & Kitchen).
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll for the pool area.
  • Take a lead role in planning and executing activations for the Pool Area.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure high service standards.
  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of Pool Servers, Pool Attendants, Pool Bussers, Pool Hosts, Belle Bartenders, and Belle Barbacks.
  • Maintain a strong focus on food and beverage operations, leveraging extensive experience in the industry.
  • Possess CPR certification (a plus) to ensure a safe pool environment.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of recreational services, enhancing the overall guest experience.
