We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post-Closer. The Post-Closer is responsible for managing the post-closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and all disbursements are properly handled. This role includes mailing checks and maintaining clear and accurate records of all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all necessary documents are properly signed and notarized.
Prepare and mail checks to appropriate parties, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Maintain detailed records of all disbursements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Organize and file all post-closing documents accurately.
Ensure all documents are scanned and stored in the appropriate digital systems.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate closings.
Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and escrow procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
