The Cucinotta lab is investigating mechanisms of chromatin remodeling underlying quiescence reversibility in mammalian neural stem cell models. Projects in the Cucinotta lab have applications to cancer, regeneration, and aging. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for data collection and analysis for projects incorporating genomics (ChIP-seq, CUT&Tag, ATAC-seq, and Hi-C), CRISPR screening, flow cytometry, and biochemistry (e.g., IP-MS).

Required: Doctorate in Molecular Genetics or related field. Two years of Post Doctoral experience. Experience and expertise on DNA repair and aging research.

Desired: Experience with mouse work will be a plus.
