This is a contract position with a high potential to extend or convert.

The role is hybrid, 50% onsite in Minneapolis.

We are targeting a pay range of $45-$50/hr.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Post-Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of post-production across diverse projects. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production workflows, encompassing editing, visual effects, sound design/mix, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete post-production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams, directors, editors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to secure necessary resources and talent.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
• Monitor post-production budgets and expenses, providing regular updates and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent quality control across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and exceeding client expectations.
• Oversee the delivery of final assets in various formats suitable for broadcast, digital platforms, and social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Post-Production Producer or similar role in the advertising or entertainment industry.
• Thorough understanding of post-production processes, software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Avid ProTools, DaVinci Resolve), and workflows.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets and exceeds client needs.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools; experience with Airtable is advantageous but not required.
