The Post-Sale Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Post-sale specialists and Sr. Post-sale specialist day to day workflow. They will finalize all training with new hires, screens questions from post-sale specialist, manages escalations, Assist the team with maintaining professional working relationships with all vendors. This role will also perform Sr. Post-Sale specialist duties as needed.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Possess proficient understanding of FHA property preservation guidelines
Responsible for scheduled client meetings and required Recon reports. Reports sent consistently on time based off each of the clients’ requested time and format.
Responsible for managing the timeliness and efficiency of workflow and ensure SLA's are met and maintained on a monthly basis
Conduct Final stages of new hire’s training to ensure full understanding of team’s expectations and contract
expectations
Manage vendor and client escalation in accordance with their manager
Responsible for team performance and deadlines in ways that comply with investor guidelines, client SOW, and company goals/vision
Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations to staff
Monitor productivity of direct employees, provide constructive feedback and coaching as necessary, issue corrective action measures as necessary ex: PIPs, Counseling Memos, Disciplinary Action
Confidently negotiate costs within provided guidelines
Review daily reports for all FHA Inventory clients and delegate to team
Work with supervisors of parallel departments to ensure workflow processes and procedures are not counterproductive to other teams within Guardian
