PR Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Communication Strategy Planning and Media Placement
* Develop and implement global communication strategies for Momcozy to ensure timely, accurate, and effective dissemination of brand messages in international markets.
* Select and optimize media resources to maximize the impact of brand communication.
* Research and analyze media consumption habits of target market consumers, identifying key touchpoints to enhance brand awareness and influence globally.
* Responsible for managing the public relations agency, ensuring timely mobilization of agency resources to support business needs.
2. PR Top-Level Strategy Design
* Formulate mid to long-term PR strategies that are aligned with the brand's overall goals to ensure that PR activities support company objectives.
* Translate PR strategies into actionable plans and oversee their effective execution.
* Adjust PR strategies according to different brand stages to respond to market changes and support brand development.
3. Exclusive Development and Cooperation with Top-Tier Media and Other PR Resources
* Organize, establish, expand, and maintain global media resources, including various media organizations, celebrities, industry resources, etc.). Develop a core platform of corporate communication and media matrix, regularly update the media library, strengthen the brand image of the company's global markets and enhance the industry influence.
* Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier media to diversify communication channels for the brand.
* Establish long-term, stable partnerships with major media to ensure consistent, timely, and effective dissemination of brand messages.
* Plan and execute special cooperative projects with top-tier media to enhance brand awareness and influence within the industry.
* Handle daily PR communication with the brand, including content angle mining, media content co-creation, media responses, media pitches, and award applications.
4. Public Relations Crisis and Public Opinion Management
* Establish a crisis management mechanism to promptly detect and respond to PR crises, protecting the brand's reputation.
* Regularly monitor and analyze public opinion dynamics in overseas markets to inform strategy adjustments and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of international PR/media/communication project experience with a proven track record of successful global brand communication. Experience in crisis PR/brand reputation management is preferred.
3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or French preferred.
4. Skills:
* Deep understanding of international media markets and expertise in communication strategy planning and media placement.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Possesses extensive media channel resources and demonstrates the ability to continuously expand new media connections.
* Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
