REDW is looking for a Practice Operations Senior Manager to join our amazing Business Operations team remotely! The Practice Operations Senior Manager provides leadership and oversight to the three practice operational teams which support the firm’s business lines, specifically tax and audit/assurance practices and the firm’s resource management function.

What You'll Do 🚀

• Leadership and Strategy Development: Drive the strategic direction for the firm’s Business Services teams, committing to performance excellence, operational improvements, and addressing issues proactively.
• Team Management: Manage, coach, and develop a diverse and virtual team of subject matter experts providing specialized support to a broad client base.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Align with key stakeholders, including tax, CAAS, and A&A principals, bolstering strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment of goals with operational priorities.
• Align with Firm Vision: Apply change management techniques to enhance adoption, usage, and proficiency within the firm, affecting team-level and firmwide changes.
• Efficiency Enhancements: Seek out opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance, balancing innovative client-centric approaches with rapid execution of priorities.
• Collaboration with IT: Partner with the firm’s IT leadership for platform efficiency and workflow enhancement, pursuing continuous improvement.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Develop unique strategies to distinguish the firm and set new industry benchmarks, always keeping client needs at the forefront.
• Quality and Standardization: Ensure accountability among BizOps team leaders for deploying and standardizing initiatives while upholding robust quality controls.
• Resource and Budget Planning: Lead planning for resources and budgets related to the tax, CAAS and A&A production teams and resource management team and engage in firmwide project planning.
• Project Management: Manage or contribute to special projects, establishing and overseeing plans, budgets, and timelines.

What You'll Bring 💥

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business administration, particularly in roles that require developing and maintaining high-performing teams; experience in public accounting or professional services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

The potential annualized pay range for this position is $85,792 - $95,000. We make compensation offers within the range based on a range of individual factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws. These factors may also be taken into consideration to offer above or below the range.
