A leading privately-held commercial general contractor providing comprehensive construction services, placing a particular emphasis on design-build projects and long-term relationships with clients, employees and vendors. With projects in multiple southeastern states, that include hotels, office buildings, mixed-use, and retail builds.

About the Position:

Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible for conceptual estimating, business development, and project management duties for commercial projects in the $15-30 million dollar range.

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar discipline is preferred.

10+ years of prior Estimating and/or PM experience for a commercial general contractor.
