As a Predictive Data Analyst, you'll prioritize client deliverables, collaborating with account managers to create project plans and ensuring critical deadlines are met while managing multiple projects. Your role will involve building and executing predictive models to aid nonprofits in donor attraction and retention, and expanding data products to align with client objectives, operating across diverse environments and languages. Additionally, you'll translate complex data analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and consult with various teams including developers and non-technical partners.
To excel in this role, you should possess business acumen, hands-on experience in data modeling, proficiency in database manipulation and query languages like SQL, familiarity with tools like Alteryx and data science toolkits such as R or Python, strong project management skills, and expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
This full-time, salaried position is remote and open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

What you’ll do as a Predictive Data Analyst:
- Understand and prioritize incoming client deliverables.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop project plans for each client.
- Juggle competing projects and meet critical deadlines.
- Build and execute predictive models to help nonprofits attract and retain donors.
- Add to our suite of data products that support clients’ goals.
- Operate between various environments and across various languages.
- Translate data analysis and findings into insights and reporting for non-technical audiences.
- Consult with developers and other data people as well as non-technical partners and clients.
- A degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, or other related fields.
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional analytics/predictive data modeling role.
- The ability to comprehend the business applications of the data you manipulate.
- 3+ years’ experience in a business environment with an emphasis in consumer marketing.
- Previous hands-on data work in data modeling.
- Can navigate around changing environments to accomplish tasks
- Skills with database manipulation and writing query languages such as SQL.
- Experience with data tools like Alteryx.
- Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R or Python.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
